Once you successfully paid for a service, we’ll start processing your requirement in 2 business days. You’ll also be notified of the same via EMail.
Once we started processing your requirement, you’ll have 3 days to cancel your order and the full amount will be refunded without any question.
After 3 days, if you cancel the order within 14 days, we may issue a 30% refund, subject to a minimal enquiry on the reason for cancellation.
You’ll have to contact us at support@penqn.in with the subject line “Requesting Cancellation” in order to cancel an order.
